Personal Info
Name: Jo-Ann Friedman
Age Group: 30-35
Pet Sitter Since: 1999
Jo-Ann Friedman, is the owner and operator of Gotta Love'Em! Professional Pet Care. Jo-Ann is a former veterinary assistant/technician, certified dog obedience instructor, Pet Tech Pet First Aid Instructor, as well as certified pet nutrition specialist. More important than her credentials, her love for animals was the driving force in developing her pet care business. Since very young childhood, pets and animals have been her passion - from bringing home strays, to owning dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, hamsters, guinea pigs, mice, rats, birds, (and more!) to working in veterinary hospitals, volunteerism at local humane societies, and teaching dog obedience classes, the pets have Jo-Ann wrapped around their little paws!
Jo-Ann curently lives in Menifee, CA and runs Gotta Love'Em! from home with the help of her husband their four children. (Yes, four!) They are excitedly expecting their fifth little pet sitter in November of 2010. They share their home with four dogs - Guido (Pug X), Chupa (Chihuahua X), Tibbs (Schipperke), and Zeyda (Lab/Aussie rescue), three cats- Cyrus, Cletus, and Angus, rats, fishies, and a plethora of revolving-door foster pets from the local shelter who stay with them until their forever homes can be found! The more the merrier!
Personal Pet Care Philosophy: "Our pets are truly important members of our families and their comfort and happiness is just as important as the care we extend to our human families. Our pets depend on us for food, water, play, medical care, companionship, love, and attention, and as a pet care provider, extending this devotion and love to our own pets and the pets of others is extremely fulfilling and rewarding. Just as your pets depend on you, they also depend on us, as pet care providers, to serve them well during your absence. This is why your pet's comfort and happiness is top priority with Gotta Love'Em!. Myself, and all Gotta Love'Em! sitters are true animal lovers, and we wouldn't have it any other way!"
